How Best Screens handles website inquiries and project photos.

Information you provide

When you contact Best Screens or request a quote, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, project location, project type, project description and project photos. Please do not submit identification documents, payment information or unrelated private material through these forms.

Information collected automatically

The website may record technical and attribution information such as the page used to submit the request, referring page, browser and device information, IP-derived security signals, UTM campaign values and Google advertising click identifiers. We use this information to operate the website, prevent abuse and understand which marketing efforts produce genuine inquiries.

How the information is used

Best Screens uses submitted information to review requests, confirm service availability, contact you about the project, prepare for measurements or estimates, maintain business records, improve services and measure advertising results. Authorizing contact about a request is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.

Text-message consent

If you select text messaging as your preferred contact method, the form presents a separate consent. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchase.

Project photos and privacy

Photos submitted with an inquiry are stored privately for project review. They are not automatically published, placed in a public gallery or used in advertising. Any later portfolio or marketing use follows Best Screens’ separate human review, privacy and permission process.

Service providers and internal systems

Best Screens may use hosting, secure storage, customer relationship management, email, analytics, spam prevention and advertising service providers to process information for the purposes described above. Access is limited to the systems and people needed to handle the request.

Backup inquiry notifications

After a request is stored successfully, Best Screens may send an internal backup notification to contact@bestscreens.com. That notification may include a safe summary, the inquiry identifier and the number of uploaded photos. It will not attach project photos or include private storage links.

Retention and security

Best Screens retains inquiry information for business, customer-service, security and legal recordkeeping needs. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Uploaded files are validated and kept in private storage rather than made publicly accessible.
